Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products and for the safety of all customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

No Returns or Refunds

Once an order has been delivered, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any reason. This includes:

    •    Opened or used items

    •    Unopened items

    •    Incorrect shade or flavor selection

    •    Buyer’s remorse

Because our products are cosmetic and personal care items, we cannot resell any items once they have left our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at divinebeautecosmeticz@gmail.com with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos of the issue

    •    A brief description

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. By placing an order with Divine Beaute Cosmeticz, you agree to this policy.
