Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or holidays.

    •    U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

    •    International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Divine Beauté Cosmeticz is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Divine Beauté Cosmeticz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at divinebeautecosmeticz@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review your claim and determine the best resolution.
